ROBIN GERBER
Robin comes to Spotlight Brands with over fifteen years of experience in the wine business, including production, distribution sales for Henry Wine Group in Napa Valley, and National Sales for Paradigm Winery in Oakville. In February 2011, Robin decided to venture out on her own and created RMG Fine Wines to consult to small, family-owned wineries. After meeting Eben through a mutual industry friend, they decided to combine their strengths to create Spotlight Brands.
Other than wine, Robin’s passions include camping, hiking, and cooking with her husband, John, who is a chef in Napa Valley.

Joe got his start in the wine business working at a shop in San Diego where he was going to school. When he graduated, he pretended that he was going to go back to school. But, shortly after getting a job at a wine shop in San Francisco, he knew that was never going to happen. He spent a few more years buying for retail stores and wine bars before making the leap to sales, building territories in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Since 2015 he’s been on the supplier side, working for Valkyrie Selections and, most recently, as national sales manager for Larkmead Vineyards. Based in Sonoma County where he lives with his wife (Liz) and two daughters (Lucy and Emma).

Buck comes to Spotlight Brands with over twenty years of experience in computer applications and product and account management. Working in a multitude of different markets has gained him a vast set of skills. Working with spotlight has afforded him the opportunity to learn about wine and expand his already excellent interpersonal and management skills. In his free time Buck enjoys fly fishing, traveling and spending time with his family and dogs.
